All items will be shipped out within one business day! In store pick up is available. Boutique Twenty Two ships with USPS, UPS and FedEx. We are closed Sundays and Mondays- Orders will ship out when we are open. Please email us if you need a package shipped sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you!

Return Policy

Need to make a return? We're sorry you didn't find just what you were looking for! To be eligible for a return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all BOUTIQUE TWENTY TWO and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will NOT be accepted. All returns are for store credit.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 7 days of the request approval. Returns that do not meet any part of our policy may not be accepted and will not be refunded. Additionally, repeated returns made by a customer will be monitored and the account may be suspended.

If you are still deciding whether or not to keep an item please take extra care with the following:
COLORS: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on BOUTIQUE TWENTY TWO as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

TAGS: Items must have all original tags attached to be considered for return.

Please note that the following items are considered FINAL SALE:
Bags, Earrings, Undergarments, Pre-Loved Items, Bodysuits and ALL merchandise discounted at 30% or more, or marked FINAL SALE.
Items designated as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. If a FINAL SALE item is sent back without approval BOUTIQUE TWENTY TWO reserves the right to send back to the customer.
Lastly, all merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible.

How to Request a Return

Orders placed on boutiquetwentytwo.com may be returned through boutiquetwentytwo.com or directly to our store in Wilmington, DE. If you are unhappy and have read our Return Policy, you will have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. To do so, email [email protected] your order number, requesting a return. We will then send you a return authorization number. You can then return your item to us at 1601 Concord Pike Wilmington, DE. 19703 Suite 39/41 or mail the package back to us with your preferred method of choice. We strongly recommend you insure your package, Boutique Twenty Two will not be held responsible should any package be damaged or lost. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your returned item and process it.
